Cool, boutiquey hotel with a great breakfast, fantastic staff and reasonably priced

We loved the breakfast since it had something for everybody. We loved the location since we could walk to every place we wanted to see. I was born in Guenzburg.

The prices of water and soft drinks. We went to Drogerie Mark Mueller and bought quite a few things there.

Breakfast was great, location was great, but the hotel was surrounded by a park with noisy teenagers in the middle of the night.

Pillows. Pillows were so uncomfortable, we couldn't sleep well because of them

Very kids friendly hotel - I particularly liked the breakfast and playroom area. Right in the center of the city, execllent location.

Maybe not to pay the parking 8 eur a day?

Excellent facilities specially with kids... Spacious room, good breakfast special cutlery and breakfast for kids and play area! Loved it!

Its not like we need screens but the one in the room seemed from 2000 (small, super thick)

The room for family is very good. The location nearby the restaurant and city center. The kids have a good time in the hotel.

In the breakfast I miss more food option for kids.

Very family friendly, kids are respected in every aspect, there are even toys in reception. Very polite and helpful staff, modern facilities. The breakfast had good options for gluten free and diabetic.

Everything great, even when no mini-fridge was available in rooms, the staff accommodated our needs perfectly

The room was quite noisy, when you turn on the radiator, it was running with lots of noise which disturbs the sleep

Perfect accomodation for purpose of visit of Legoland. Also in hotel there were of course some attributes corresponding with Legoland near by. Especially for families with children the accomodation was fully sufficient and interesting for childen.

Too small restaurant for that many visitors having breakfast in almost the same time (before Legoland opening). We as well as many other families had to wait for the table.

A water cooker at the room would be nice. Quite noisy at the breakfast.

We did like that it is a Family friendly hotel. The room is clean and comfortable. We did sleep very well. The breakfast was good their are a lot of options. It was a perfect weekend. I am greatful we did stay in this hotel and also celebrate a milestone of my son here.

Nice hotel, great location and helpful and friendly staff. Great for kids...we went there to visit Legoland with our boy. They even have a kids zone in the restaurant area where the children can play. As I've seen most of the guests in the hotel stay there to go to Legoland and there are many families with children....maybe more than 90% of the guests that were there during our stay(first week of September).Breakfast was great, varied, with many options for everyone, big or small. Great coffee and lots of options to choose from also. It gets pretty loud in the morning in the restaurant area with all the children there but if you have your own I guess you are used to it and it is not a problem. The parking is right beneath the hotel with an elevator that can take you from the parking straight to the flat where you have your room in the hotel. Some of the parking places are pretty tight though. It also comes with an extra cost - 8 EURO/day at the time we stayed there.

We had no air conditioning in our room and as I've seen no room has an air conditioner(only a small fan on the table) and it can get pretty hot. We were gone to Legoland most of the day, from 9:30 to 19:00 and when we came back the room was "hot" even though we were there at the beginning of September. I don't know what it would be like in the summer. We were lucky though, in the last two nights we were there it rained and with the windows opened we slept quite ok without sweating all through the night.Also, there is no refrigerator in the room(or at least we didn't have one). We would have really liked to have a small fridge to keep our water and some food cool throughout our stay there. When you travel with a child you always have some extra food kept for "emergencies" but without a fridge it is impossible to keep, considering that the temperature in the room can get to 27 degrees Celsius or even higher.
